Squash Kugel II (P, TNT)

Serves: 8 to 10

2 boxes frozen squash
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick of margarine, softened or melted
3 eggs
Cinnamon, to taste
Dried fruit, if desired, for topping before baking

Mix all ingredients in a 7"x11" pan or an 8" or 9" square pan for a very thick kugel.

Bake at 350°F to 375°F for about 45 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
You can use less sugar than the cup called for, I do.

My kids love this. It is on the sweet side but they will eat the whole pan if allowed. Sometimes I use a combination of brown and white sugar.
