6 egg whites or 3 eggs
Mix squash, sugar, and flour until well blended. Stir in margarine. Add eggs and creamer and mix for 2 minutes.
Spray 8"x8" pan with cooking spray. Pour in squash mixture. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1-1/4 hours.
