Noodle Kugel, Upside Down II (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: The bag of the Savion Pesach Egg Noodles
Serves: Approximately 10

1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 pound medium KLP noodles, cooked and drained
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup pareve margarine, melted
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt

Melt 1/4 cup margarine in 10" Bundt pan.

Sprinkle brown sugar at bottom and around side of pan. Press walnuts firmly into bottom of pan. Mix other ingredients into noodles and pour into pan.

Bake 1 hour, cool and unmold.

Poster's Notes:
Tastes almost like chametz.

The recipe calls for 1 pound of noodles, but there are only 12 ounces in the bag, so I simply used two bags and doubled the recipe.

I used a foil lasagna pan, since I didn't have a tube pan for Pesach, and I didn't unmold it. So it didn't look as nice presentation wise, but tasted just as yummy.
