1 lb. bag medium noodles, cooked
Preheat oven to 350°F.
As noodles cool, toast walnuts in oven until they are crunchy and flavorful.
Beat eggs and add all ingredients (including noodles and walnuts) except for oil.
Pour the oil into a 9"x12" aluminum pan and put it in the oven to heat up (a few minutes). When oil is hot, add it to the noodle mixture, stir and immediately add to hot pan.
Return pan to oven and bake for about 1 hour until the mixture is set and crunchy on top.
