1/4 lb. margarine, melted and cooled
Preheat oven 350°F. Place half of margarine into 9"x13" baking pan.
Beat eggs; beat in remaining margarine. Mix in preserves, marmalade and lemon juice. Fold noodles into egg mixture; fold in raisins.
Pour noodle mixture into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake 30 to 45 minutes, until brown around edges.

12 oz. apricot preserves
4 heaping tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup golden raisins, soaked in warm water and drained
1 tablespoon sugar, combined with 3/4 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
This recipe was given to me many years ago by Flora Goldstein, a neighbor of mine, who has since moved to Miami Beach. I don't know who Bubbie Mollie is, but my family has enjoyed this recipe many times over.
