8 ounces of no-yolks noodles
Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.
In large bowl, mix sour cream, cheese, eggs, and sugar. Add noodles to mixture. Pour half into greased 9"x13" pan.
Spread with apricot preserves (or substitute another flavor). Top with remaining noodle mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes. Keeps well and also freezes well.

8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces sugar-free apricot preserves
