Noodle Kugel, Applesauce (D/P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 9-12

1 pound egg noodles or KLP noodles
16 ounces applesauce
4 or 5 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
Cinnamon/sugar mixture (optional)

Cook noodles. Grease a 9"x13" pan.

Mix all ingredients together, and pour into prepared pan. Top with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar if desired.

Bake at 350°F for about one hour.

Poster's Notes:
I usually use my chometzdik noodle kugel recipes, substituting the Passover noodles. When you cook the Passover noodle, be careful to follow the directions and not to overcook. They are like mush when overcooked.

Anyway, here is one of my favorites that also works well for Pesach.
