1 pound cottage cheese
Break matzos. Pour warm milk over broken matzos.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add to broken matzo and milk mixture. Mix all together.
Top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for approximately one hour at 350°F in a 9"x13" pan.

I have been making this recipe for many years, and it's always a hit. In fact, just this morning I gave the recipe to a non-Jewish co-worker.

1 cup sour cream
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup warm milk
6 to 8 sheets of matzo
1/3 cup sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt, optional
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
This is delicious either hot or cold. I often serve it with an additional dollop of sour cream.
