Farfel/Ferfel Kugel, Pineapple I (P, KLP)

1 stick of margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups matzo farfel/ferfel
8 eggs

Soak farfel, then drain. Mix margarine and sugar.

Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add farfel and pineapple, and mix well. Place in greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until lightly brown.
