Corn Flan, Dona Chonita (D)

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
14 ounces whole milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons self-rising flour
8 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 15/1/2-ounce can of creamed corn

Place eggs in an electric blender and beat for five seconds (very important).

Add the remaining ingredients and beat for an additional 5 seconds.

Pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish or a 7x11" baking pan and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 50 minutes until golden.
