8 zucchini, (to 9) unpeeled, sliced
Grate carrots, potato and onion. Add oil, flour, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in a 9"x13" pan.
Cook zucchini with 1 tsp. water and a sprinkle of salt on low flame for about 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Slightly mash zucchini. Mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour over first layer and top with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
