2 pounds frozen vegetables; (or fresh), cooked
Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ.
Sprinkle a greased 9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie mixture over.
Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 minutes. at 375°F.

3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise, or regular mayo
Wheat germ; use matzo meal for Pesach
Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
