1 28-oz. can tomatoes, sieved
Bring tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar to a boil.
Put the cubed bread in a greased casserole. Pour melted margarine over the bread cubes. Toss.
Pour tomatoes over. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
