Potato Kugel, Roman (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 4, easily adapted for bigger crowds

700g potatoes
400g tomatoes or 1-1/2 cans
250g cottage cheese or sour cream
100g cheese, grated
1 to 2 eggs, beaten
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Boil and mash potatoes.

Add all the other ingredients, put into baking pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 350°F/180°C.

Poster's Notes:
I will add some green salad, cucumber salad, and a spinach kugel, probably with herbed cheese. No soup this Shabbat.
