5 potatoes, quartered
Place all ingredients in food processor, pulse until everything is completely smooth, pour into a greased baking dish (I use canola spray, olive oil for Pesach), bake on 425°F for 45 minutes. Then ten more minutes on 450°F to brown the top if it hasn't browned already.

Here is an easy potato kugel that I made for this past Shabbat entirely in the food processor that is pareve and KLP and actually non-grebrochts if that's an issue for you.
