Potato Kugel IV (M/P, KLP, TNT)
Source: "A Jewish Mother's Cookbook," by Elaine Radis
Serves: 8

6 Idaho potatoes, grated in food processor
1 onion, grated in food processor
2 tablespoons matzo meal
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons schmaltz, or margarine (maybe more)

Drain after grating and then combine ingredients in an 8"x11" greased glass pan.

Bake at 350°F 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden.

Poster's Notes:
Could anything be easier? Some people like to do it the old fashioned way. I like to grate it in the Food Processor. Who needs bloody knuckles.
