6 eggs, separated
Preheat oven 350°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Beat egg yolks until thick. Add onions, meal, and margarine. Beat whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into casserole. Bake until set, about 40 minutes.

1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons melted margarine
I make this recipe all year around except for Pesach. However, as you can see by the ingredients it can be adapted for non-gebrochts Pesach also.
