6 cups fine noodles; cooked and drained
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
Sauté onion in fat until onion is clear, but not brown. Add to cooked noodles along with sour cream, eggs, and salt and pepper.
Transfer to sprayed pan and bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned on top.

1/2 cup sour cream
1 salt and pepper to taste
