1 package onion soup mix
Blend onion soup mix and water, in pot and heat to boiling. Simmer until mixture thickens; cool.
Add cooled onion mixture to beaten eggs and margarine. Blend in noodles.
Generously coat a 9"x13" baking pan with oil. I also a spray the pan with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Preheat pan in oven at 325°F for 15 minutes. Turn noodle mixture into baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour, or until noodles are browned.

This recipe is from the box of medium-wide Goodman's Noodles, but I am sure it would be fine if you use wider or thinner noodles. It's quite a few years old. I don't make the recipe that often, but it is a good one.
