Noodle Kugel, Mushroom (P)
Serves: 10-12

12 oz. thin noodles
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large onion, quartered
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 celery stalk, cut in chunks
2 tbsp. oil

Cook thin noodles.

Meanwhile sauté the following: Add the above vegetables plus 1 can condensed mushroom soup to noodles. Mix well.

Place in a greased 9"x13" pan baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 50 minutes. Top with paprika. To reheat add a bit of water.
