1kg (2 lb) green/string beans, chopped
Cook beans until soft, mash or use food processor. If using frozen beans, defrost and drain the beans well.
Beat the eggs. Add the rest, mix well and add to beans mixture.
Pour into greased baking pan or lined muffin tins and bake until golden on top (approximately 1/2 hour) in a moderate oven.
