Corn Kugel III (D, TNT)
Source: Chesapeake House, Tangier Island, VA
Serves: 4 to 6

1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 14-ounce can cream-style corn
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl. Add eggs, corn, and milk. Mix well.

Turn into baking dish and dot generously with butter. Bake until center is almost firm, about 1 hour.

Hi, We recently had dinner at my cousin's house and she made this corn pudding for us--I could have eaten the entire thing myself!
