1 bag frozen cauliflower or 1 head fresh cauliflower
Boil cauliflower until soft. Mash.
Add eggs and beat well. Add mayo, soup powder and flour. Place in lightly greased, shallow casserole dish.
Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour or until firm.
