1/2 cup margarine
Combine first four ingredients.
Combine next four ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add flour mixture to the first mixture. Beat 2 egg yolks and add. Beat the whites and fold in.
Grease the mold well and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour in carrot mixture and bake 1 hour, at 350°F. It's good to place the mold into water while baking, if possible.
Double the recipe for more, like 12 people.

This is what the holidays are about (for me, on the food side of things). I remember as a little girl up into adulthood this particular ring. Aunty Barbara's Carrot Ring. So many great memories and flavors. This is my favorite, so hope you will enjoy it also.
