Jam, Zucchini II (P, TNT)

6 cups peeled and grated zucchini
1/2 cups lemon juice
5 cups granulated sugar
6 oz. package apricot jelly powder
19 oz. tin crushed pineapple

Combine zucchini, sugar, undrained pineapple and lemon juice in a preserving kettle or large saucepan. Bring to a boil very slowly, then boil until tender, about 2 minutes.

Add jelly powder, stir until dissolved, about 2 additional minutes.
