3/4 cup water
Boil water and sugar together. Add rhubarb and cook on medium-low heat.
When the consistency is a thick liquid, with rhubarb broken apart, remove from flame. Add frozen strawberries.
Cover, and let sit until strawberries are warmed through.

It can be served on its own or over pound cake, angel cake, chocolate cake, brownies.... and a lot more.
