Persimmon-Pineapple-Coconut Compote (P, KLP)

4 cups ripe persimmons, chopped
1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 cup unsweetened chopped coconut
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey

Mix well and refrigerate.
