Pour wine in bottom of baking dish. Add sugar, marmalade, honey, and vanilla bean, seeds and pod.
Cut pears in half and scoop out seeds. Rub with cut lemon so they don't discolor. Place in dish cut side down. Fill up all the empty spots with the grapes . Spoon sauce over the fruit.
Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
Can serve warm and can top with ice cream, or whipped topping, if desired.

Bunch of seedless grapes, any kind (She used red grapes which looked beautiful)
1-1/2 to 2 cups sweet white wine
1/2 cup sugar or sweetener
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup orange or apricot marmalade
1/2 vanilla bean, cut in two the long way and seeds scraped out
I was just watching Lidia Bastianich on TV cooking a marvelous fruit dessert that would make a great Pesach dessert. She didn't use measures; she just poured! I am guessing at the amounts of ingredients here, but that's the way I cook also.
