Fruit Dip, Caramel II (D, TNT)

Yield: About 1-1/2 cups

1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with hard fruits like apples and pears.

Poster's Notes:
Sometimes I buy pastry cups and fill them with dip and put mixed fruits and berries on top (kiwi, pineapple, raspberries, etc.).
