1 teabag
Make the tea with the teabag and hot water, then when it has infused for a few minutes, pour over all the other ingredients except the honey in a fruit salad bowl.
Stir in the honey to sweeten (for sugar watchers, you can leave it out as the dried fruit is already sweet). Leave to cool and then put in fridge. Serve in small bowls.

Here's an idea for Tu B'Shvat. Sorry about the lack of quantities, it's not really important, depends on which fruit you have/prefer.
