3 ripe bananas
Put bananas in bottom of 8"x8" baking pan or dish. Add other fruit, mix apricot preserves with the pineapple juice reserved. Pour on top of fruit (omit this if you use any frozen fruit).
Mix oatmeal, sugar, coconut, and flour and sprinkle on top of fruit. Dot with butter. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Any other fruits you have in the house (i.e. frozen or canned peaches, drained, fresh berries, etc.)
1 can pineapple chunks drained (save 1/4 cup juice)
2 tablespoons. apricot preserves
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine broken into small pieces
