Casserole, Hot Fruit II (P, TNT)

Serves: 8

1 20-ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1 20-ounce can sliced pears, drained
1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon ginger

Cut peaches, pears and pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Arrange in 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle fruit with mixture of brown sugar, margarine and ginger. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
This is an easy recipe and great for brunch. Since fresh fruit is available, try this with fresh peaches, pears and pineapple.
