1-1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (or puree)
For serving:
Sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, taco mix, and seasonings. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Stir in tuna and continue to cook until completely heated through.
Serve on tortillas or taco shells, topped with shredded lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. Add hot sauce if desired.

1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In response to Sharon's question about taco fillings, I use tuna, and only half a package of taco mix.
