3/4 cup milk, skim
Mix eggs, milk and mayonnaise. Add tuna and cheese. Put broccoli on bottom, and then pour mixture over.
Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

2 eggs
2 cans tuna in water
1 10-oz box frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted and squeezed dry
4 ounces shredded cheese (we like Mozzarella)
1 pie shell (I often skip it)
