2 cups cooked rice
Combine rice, tuna, olives (if using), onion, parsley, and seasoned salt. Stir in eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly.
Spray six muffin cups with vegetable spray. Divide rice mixture evenly among cups.
Bake in 375ºF oven 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen with spatula and arrange on serving plate.
