2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
Fry onion in oil. Add pepper and celery. Mix with all ingredients except cheese.
Pour into greased 8"x8" square pan. Place cheese on top. Cover. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Onion soup mix, to taste
American cheese, optional
This recipe is very flexible. For more people, cook a bit more pasta, add a bit of milk if necessary, and use a larger pan.
