2 to 3 onions, sliced in rings
Heat skillet with oil, sauté sliced onions until transparent, add garlic, sauté for a few minutes, add green peppers, and sauté for another few minutes, but not until the peppers get soft. Add the tomatoes (juice too if you use a can) and soy sauce, stir, and add the tuna, breaking it into chunks. Cook until the tuna is warm (a few minutes), and serve. It's good with rice or couscous.

2 green peppers, cut and trimmed into 2" chunks
4 whole tomatoes (or a can of whole tomatoes)
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
Soy sauce to taste
2 cans of tuna
This is the kind of recipe you can add or subtract from. I sometimes add mushrooms, for example.
