Tuna, Anchovy, and Caper Pizza (D)

Yield: 4 small pizzas

1 small tin or jar anchovies
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. drained capers
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 6-1/2 oz. can tuna, drained, crumbled
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Sprinkle on top of pizza.
