4 fresh caught trout, cleaned
Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil, one for each fish. Place each fish on a piece of aluminum. Put one pat of margarine, one sprig of each herb, and half of each clove of garlic, bruised, inside each fish. Divide the veggies evenly between each fish and stuff inside. Wrap each fish in its own foil.
Place on BBQ or in 350°F oven until fish flakes and veggies are done (10 to 15 minutes). Make sure to turn it.
Remove herbs and serve each packet with rice, a good bread, and salad.

I read a post on salmon and it brought back memories. My mom used to take us fishing all the time and this is how we'd cook the catch, it can be used for any medium small white meat fish, like blue gill, crappie, or tilapia.
