1 onion, diced
Place the vegetables on the bottom of a pot. Season. Shake so that the vegetables get all of the seasonings.
Roll the fillets, close with toothpick if necessary.
Cook on low flame for approximately 10 minutes. No need to add water. Done when the fish flakes.
