3 lb. of salmon
1 to 2 tins tomatoes (it doesn't specify the size)
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp. pickling spices
Pinch of salt
Sugar to taste
Water
Put salmon in pot. Pour tomatoes over it. Add enough water to cover if tomatoes do no cover salmon.
Put in raisins, sugar, salt and spices. Simmer 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Serve cold.
