Salmon Steaks du Jour (D/P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 4

4 salmon steaks
Lemon pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. butter, margarine or olive oil
1 cup wine
1 cube frozen garlic (equivalent to one clove, minced)
Dill, chopped fresh or bottled

Sprinkle steaks with lemon pepper.

Brown lightly on both sides in butter, margarine or oil. Add wine, garlic, and dill to skillet.

Turn heat down to medium low, and poach until done--about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steaks.

Poster's Notes:
This is really good with the sauce poured over baked potatoes.
