10 pieces of salmon fillet
Combine water, vinegar, sugar, allspice, bay leaves, and onions in a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add fish and simmer another 25 minutes.
Remove fish to storage container, pour on liquid from the pot and chill. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.
Serve fish with a sauce of mayonnaise mixed with, parsley, dill, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
