Salmon, Sesame II (P, TNT)
Source: Taste of Home
Serves: 4

1 1-1/2-to-2-pounds salmon fillet
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. spicy brown or horseradish mustard
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. sesame seeds toasted
3 green onions, sliced

Place salmon in a shallow dish. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil, mustard, and ginger. Pour over salmon.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning once. Drain and discard marinade.

Broil salmon or grill covered, over medium high heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions.

Poster's Notes:
With my tiny, one-oven kitchen in a downtown high-rise apartment building, I had to make one change. Instead of broiling... or grilling... I drained most of the marinade and baked it in the oven. It was wonderful!

Also, I had to use individual fillets instead of one large fillet, since that is what I had.
