Quiche, Salmon (P, TNT)

1 onion, sliced into rings
Garlic powder to taste
2 small packages lox
Dill to taste
2 eggs
1/2 cup pareve milk
1/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons flour
1 pie shell, unbaked

Sauté onion in a bit of oil. Add garlic powder.

Place lox, dill and onions into pie shell. Mix eggs, milk, water and flour together. Pour on top. Sprinkle with additional dill.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
