2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl combine mustard, butter, honey and lemon juice. In another bowl combine bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Place salmon on a non-stick baking pan. Brush with mustard mixture and salt and pepper to taste. Pat an even amount of bread crumb mixture on salmon. Bake for ten minutes per inch of thickness, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
