Salmon Patties a la Marimon (P, TNT)

Serves: 4-6

1 large can salmon
wheat bran (to hold the patties together)
eggs (about 3-4, depending on how light you want them)
fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
garlic powder (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients. Be sure the mixture holds together to form patties. Fry in vegetable oil until crisp on each side. Serve with lots of love.
