Salmon, Microwave (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: Myself
Serves: Varies

Salmon steaks or fillet
White pepper
Onion powder
Snipped dill weed, fresh or dried
Lemon juice (fresh or bottled, but not preserved)

If using steaks, arrange in a microwave-safe baking dish with thick ends in the center. If a fillet, just put in a baking dish, folding the end under if it is very thin.

Sprinkle with pepper, onion powder, dill weed and lemon juice. Cover with waxed paper or damp paper towels and microwave on high for about 5 minutes per pound (time will vary with the power of your microwave) or just until fish flakes at its thickest part.

Poster's Notes:
Here's another recipe in keeping with this week's theme (healthy Passover non-Seder meals). I make it often. It is the easiest way I know to fix salmon, either steaks or fillet, and it is delicious. For a speedy meal, serve with baked potatoes (which can also be done in the microwave, and kept warm wrapped in a towel until the fish is ready) and a salad. This is also good served cold the next day. We find that the fish needs no added salt.
