Salmon Steaks or Fillets
In a large baking dish, scatter 1/2 of the onion and 1/2 the kumquats.
Place the washed pieces of salmon atop and pour the wine over the fish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Spread over this the rest of the onion and kumquats, then the sesame seeds and paprika.
Bake at 350°F uncovered for about 30 to 45 minutes until fish is just firm.

Lots of Kumquats, about 1 cup, sliced
1 onion, peeled and sliced
Garlic powder
Dash of black pepper
Paprika
Sesame seeds
1/2 cup of white wine
Chicken with Kumquats:
Same as above but use chicken legs instead of salmon.
