2 pounds salmon fillet
Combine all ingredients except the matzo meal. Lightly coat salmon with the sauce and then dip in matzo meal. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Poster's Notes:
We had used all of our horseradish so I had to go out and buy some to make my last Pesach meal. It was wonderful. The recipe was much too large for 2 pounds of salmon. I would halve the sauce.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup white horseradish
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
2 ounces chives, chopped fine
1 cup fine matzo meal
I didn't have any chives so I used scallions.
